Youth rugby development, the Evo way.
Evo Rugby is our high-performance youth rugby development programme, built on the same methodology and the same eleven values that run through everything we do. Every player is coached as an individual so they grow as a person and as a player.
Develop the player, develop the person.
Every player is assessed, tracked and measured as an individual. We measure learning, not the result, so students learn to think for themselves on the pitch.
Decision-making is built into the game itself, so players learn to think for themselves on the pitch. Respect, humility and warrior spirit are lived every session.
Serious development happens here, and no player is lost in the team average. On the pitch and off it, the goal is the same.
