Our Story

We measure learning, not the scoreline.

The EvoWay is a federated group of 15 sports institutions across 5 countries, built on a single development methodology and 11 shared values.

Seventy per cent of teenagers drop out of sport by the age of sixteen. The EvoWay exists to change that. The philosophy is simple: as many as possible, as good as possible, for as long as possible.

We define talent as the ability to learn, not the level of ability, and our mission is to make the mentor redundant by building independent problem-solvers.

The EvoWay operates in five countries: England, South Africa, Portugal, Australia and Spain. Fifteen institutions share one methodology and 11 values, connecting more than 20,000 students and mentors around the world.

And we are not finished. 15 acres have been secured in South Sheffield for a high-performance campus and centre of excellence, built for the 21st century.
