I have been an evo coaching practitioner for over 7 years now and currently play in the Evo First Team. I have supported students along their journey to achieving their dreams and aspirations no matter how big or small, such as signing academy contracts or taking their first steps onto a pitch.

You can expect evidence based practice sessions that will be co-designed following a consultation with the athlete around their goals and baseline testing. The sessions will encompass technical and tactical practices along with postural assessments and primitive reflex testing but most importantly athlete enjoyment.
